Development and update of features
The Clan Race App contains a log system to track changes made by administrators to better protect you as an individual.
iOpenhub will delete users who have been inactive in Clan Race App and ClanRace.com forum for 36 months.
You may request that your personal information is to be removed from Clan Race. In a section below, you will find information on how to proceed. Inactive users are deleted after 36 months.

iOpenhub does not normally retrieve personal information from Race Clan App except for ensuring proper running of the App and for marketing products relating to the Clan Race App. To log in to Clan Race app you need to register on it first.

For participants in a Clan Race forum, iOpenhub does not normally retrieve personal information from RaceClan.com forum except for maintaining the quality of content on the website and for marketing products relating to the Clan Race App. To log in to ClanRace.com forum, you need to register on it first.
The following information is retrieved from Clan Race app:
Your name. Purpose: to identify you. This data can be accessed by Administrators.
Username and Password. Purpose: to secure your access to the App. This data can be accessed by Administrators.
Email In order to get in touch with you for an activity related to the Clan Race App.
Similar data are collected in ClanRace.com for the purpose of supporting the forum and to assist visitors who would like to try out the Race Clan App’s race administration function. Administrators may reach you via an email-based communications service in ClanRace.com.

Similarly, for data provided on ClanRace.com, you need to change the information in the website if something is incorrect.
Incorrect data in a Race
iOpenhub is responsible for races on the Clan Race App that are organized by iOpenhub.
If a race on the Clan Race App is organized by a third party, then the third party is responsible for the accuracy of the data that they put in the race, such as the race description and so on.
You can change your personal data on the App, and if there is race data that is contributed by you and you found that it is inaccurate, then you should contact the third party race organizer.
Consent to publish your name
With your participation in a race in the Race Clan app, you agree to that your name is stored in event documentation, such as race leaderboard, as well as publicity on the Internet and in other media. You also agree that any GPS tracking can be viewed by users who elect to be your supporters in a race.
Consent that administrators can view and manage your personal data
By participating in a Race on the Race Clan App, you are deemed to have given consent for Clan Race administrators to view and manage your personal data.
iOpenhub never shares your personal information with sponsors, partners, or any third party without your consent.
